Experience and Background

Jerry joined the firm in 1972, and is the senior attorney of Callister, Hendricks & Spencer.  Having received his undergraduate degree in accounting, Jerry concentrated his legal efforts in the areas of business, tax and estate planning, and Local Government. He has helped many individuals and families start, re-organize and grow their farms, businesses and estates and has assisted them in designing plans to preserve the value of hard earned assets for future generations. He provides direction for the administration of estates and trusts, and he has served as general counsel for several local Water Districts and Community Service Districts.

Sabbatical
